We Love Events!

  

Thank you for your consideration. We hope you find our space inviting and we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you and your guests for your next celebration. Below you will find some basic information for renting our space.

Our space can accommodate up to 75 people depending on setup. We have plenty of parking along main street and adjoining streets. Our space is very flexible and can be adapted to most any theme or décor. 

Alcohol & Food Options: If you purchase an alcohol and/or food option with your rental. Rental fee is discounted. Minimums apply.

SO..... What about Food and Alcohol?

  

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED ON PREMISES. 

Food: You are welcome to have your event catered by an outside caterer. Use of kitchen is limited to stove/sink and work surfaces. We also have an ice machine onsite for your use while using the space. 

We offer catering options as well and can discuss those options with you. Prices range from $8-$13 per person.

Alcohol:

Cash Bar- Full Bar, Wine, Beer, Specialty Cocktails (all guests pay as they go; you can also opt to pay a certain budgeted amount and once that amount is met, we can flip to cash bar)

Consumption – We will serve guests an agreed upon drink menu and pricing structure and invoice you at the end of your event for payment. Feel free to limit to a specific offering or type of alcohol. All drinks will be accounted for with a “count” system for accuracy. Payment is due upon conclusion of rental period.

Package- We also offer a selection of drinks by the gallon. Margarita’s, slushies, sangria’s, etc. 

Other drinks such as Tea, Lemonade, Cider, etc are also available by the gallon and we provide all beverage dispensers for drinks purchased through us. 

When food/drinks/alcohol is purchased along with your rental, we provide all cups, napkins, serving ware, etc. 

Basic Rental Information is what I need...

  

Rental Fee: (includes table/linen/chair setup and clean up; please consider time for setup and decorating when reserving rental period. Access to venue will begin 5 minutes prior to your reserved time)

Monday-Thursday $50/hour

Friday $200 (4 hours)

Saturday-Sunday $75/hour (5 hour minimum)

Room Rental Add-On Options:

Linens (white/black) polyester table covers included in rental. 2 6’ Rectangle draped/skirted tables included in rental.

Other color options available: Rental Fee $3.00/table

Cloth Napkins Rental Fee: $.25/each

Photo Booth with unlimited onsite prints. $100.00

Decorating Packages:

$20-$40 per table. Includes Centerpieces, balloon garland, chargers

Cake/Gift/Head Tables Decorating Packages: $45-$60 per table. Includes Signage, Centerpiece(s), runners, food display item usage.

  

These are very basic rental options; if you do not see an option that fits your needs please give us a call or send us an email. We would be happy to customize a package for you.
